My Story
I am Saif H. Rahman, and I am honored to share my journey with you. For over 19 years, I have been passionately committed to criminal defense, fighting tirelessly to uphold justice and protect the rights of those in need.
My path in law began as a Deputy Public Defender in Orange County, where I had the privilege of litigating and advocating for countless clients. Through numerous cases and successful outcomes, I earned the respect and recognition of my peers throughout Southern California's courtrooms.
Everyone deserves a voice, regardless of their circumstances. This belief led me to dedicate my time and expertise to pro bono work at the Public Law Center of Orange County, ensuring that equal access to justice is a reality for all.
My upbringing played a significant role in shaping my approach to law and my unwavering empathy for others. Having traveled and lived abroad during my youth, I had the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. These experiences fostered a deep understanding of the challenges individuals from all walks of life face.
While my journey initially led me to pursue medicine, my innate ability to connect with people drew me toward law. I realized that I could profoundly impact people's lives, fighting not just for their health but also for their freedom, fairness, and protection against injustice.
I graduated with honors from UC Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Studies. Later, I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California School of Law, receiving various awards and distinctions. As the Street Law Foundation president, I had the privilege of empowering inner-city school students through guidance and legal advice.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I find solace in my passion for cars. I have a full repair shop where I perform mechanical restorations on classic cars and as an avid enthusiast and amateur race car driver, I often attend car shows and indulge in exhilarating laps at local tracks. These moments fuel my spirit and allow me to create lasting memories with my sons.
